OPPORTUNITY:
  • Call lead prospects generated by multi-channel marketing efforts.
  • Call on decision makers within targeted accounts to initiate the sales process.
  • Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert them into sales.
  • Collaborate with Business Development Director and Sales Executives to determine necessary strategic sales approaches.
  • Create and deliver qualified opportunities to Account Executives.
  • Execute 100+ cold calls per day working with bpm’online’s automated processes.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Must be fluent in English. Fluent Spanish or Arabic will be an advantage.
  • College degree or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
  • 0 to 1 years of direct work experience in sales or telesales.
  • Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices and techniques.
  • Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills.
  • Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills. Excellent listening skills.
  • Self-motivated, with a high level of integrity and work ethic.
