The Technical Trainer role will be required to consistently demonstrate the following:
  • Educate customers and partners on bpm'online products.
  • Provide consulting and assistance pertaining to product configuration.
  • Provide product updates and technical advice to customers.
  • User training, making consultations on using the software.
  • Develop and present customized solutions to customers and partners.
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Experience in software demo and trainings.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiar with CRM systems, strong knowledge of business processes (Sales, Marketing, Service and Support).
  • Excellent customer satisfaction skills.
