We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist (L1) to join our team. This role requires a good level of communications skills. In this position, you will be supporting our customers via phone and email. Responsibilities:
  • Solving technical problems
  • Providing advice on the functionality of the bpm'online product line and technical issues (creating business processes, data import / export settings, integration settings, etc.)
  • Resolve customer complaints or emergency issues
  • Proactively inform customers about the progress of their issue.
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Good spoken and written English
  • High level of communication skills
  • Time-management skills and flexibility are required
  • Result-oriented, responsible and energetic person
  • Ready to switch to night shift from day shift and back
  • Basic IT background is a plus.
