  • English – Upper-Intermediate+.
  • Understanding computer software, mail services and browsers.
  • Knowledge of database services (MS SQL, Oracle) is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in managing customer relations, understanding ServiceDesk principles.
  • Understanding PC architecture, computer networks.
  • Skills in writing scripts using programming languages is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills (b0th spoken and written).
  • Friendly, customer focused, attentive to details.
  • Resolving complex technical tasks.
  • Creating technical tasks for developers, testing products.
  • Providing advisory services on bpm’online functionality and other technical issues (creating business processes, setting up data import/export, integrations etc.).
  • Providing additional business logics implementation algorithms.
  • Creating articles for the knowledge base.

  • Working schedule: 8 am – 5 pm, 9 am – 6 pm, 10 am – 7 pm, or 11 am - 8 pm, 2 pm - 11 pm, 11 pm – 8 am.
