Support Analyst (L2)

We are looking for a Support Analyst (L2) to join our team.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Resolving complex technical tasks
  • Creating technical tasks for developers, testing products
  • Providing advisory services on bpm’online functionality and other technical issues (creating business processes, setting up data import/export, integrations etc.)
  • Providing additional business logics implementation algorithms
  • Creating articles for the knowledge base
WHAT WE EXPECT:
  • English – Upper-Intermediate+
  • Understanding computer software, mail services and browsers
  • Knowledge of database services (MS SQL, Oracle) is strongly preferred
  • Experience in managing customer relations, understanding ServiceDesk principles
  • Understanding PC architecture, computer networks
  • Skills in writing scripts using programming languages is strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication skills (b0th spoken and written)
  • Friendly, customer focused, attentive to details
