Direct Sales Team Leader

We are looking for a Direct Sales Team Leader.
  • Manage a dedicated sales team to assure bpm'online expansion
  • Develop sales strategy for markets in APAC, EMEA and Americas
  • Work closely with the team to implement company's sales strategy
  • On-boarding, training and constant development of the sales team
  • Setting activity and revenue targets for members of the sales team
  • To Improve sales department communication with other departments
  • Motivating the sales team to achieve the best results possible
  • Spotting market opportunities for new customers
  • Monthly reporting on sales performance
  • Experience in managing a team of 4+ people
  • Making sure that the team hits their KPIs from month to month
  • Experience with CRM software sales strongly preferred
  • Excellent sales and communications skills
  • Experience in sales with English-speaking clients is a must
  • Previous experience successfully managing sales teams ideally from a similar industry
  • Proven track record of achieving targets and driving sales growth in a business
  • Strong leadership skills and an ability to inspire sales teams
