Demo Support Specialist

We are looking for a technical professional to join us as a Presales Demo Engineer.
This role requires a high level of technical and business analysis skills. You will be supporting our business development team by preparing and presenting tailored demos for our new clients to close deals quicker and push our global business forward.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Exploring existing and searching for hidden customer needs in the automation of sales, marketing and customer service processes
  • Conducting interviews with customers from various industries
  • Analyze their existing business processes
  • Explore to-be process model
  • Based on the information provided by customers, prepare tailored demos as a part of the sales process
  • Present bpm'online solutions to potential customers
  • Participate in negotiations together with our business development team
WHAT WE EXPECT:
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Knowledge of industry models of business, sales, marketing and service processes
  • Knowledge of data exchange technologies, and understanding IT solutions architecture
  • Knowledge of BPMN will be an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Readiness to go for business trips, high workload
  • Experience with CRM software strongly preferred
