Partner Product Manager

Partner product manager is a key position in charge of business development and growth of bpm’online marketplace - ecosystem of business apps created by bpm’online technology partners. This is a position at the conjunction of bizdev, account and product management roles. We expect our Partner Product Manager to grow a network of technology partners, facilitate sales processes to ensure growth of revenue and work closely with partners to build and improve products that customers need and love.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Business development:
      - Find, engage, onboard new technology partners, negotiate commercial terms of cooperation
      - Facilitate partner product development process by helping to define product use cases and possible integration touchpoints
      - Push partner products live
  • Account & product management:
      -Facilitate partner products promotion
      -Monitor new solutions developed on bpm’online platform by bpm’online community and engage developers (partners) to publish them on marketplace
      -Manage market demand information and customers requests gathering through established feedback channels, communicate it to technology partners
      -Work with existing technology partners on business growth initiatives
  • Sales enablement:
      - Interact with sales departments, sales enablement teams and reselling partners to support sales process, engage sales reps in order to increase partner product sales
WHAT WE EXPECT:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Successful background in client-management processes
  • Deep understanding and vision of enterprise software technologies landscape
  • Knowledge of different business models, CRM and operational processes at the enterprise is a significant advantage;
  • Understanding of data exchange technologies and IT architecture is a significant advantage;
  • 3+ years of working experience ideally in software / IT company
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluent English
