Business Development Representative

We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Call lead prospects generated by multi-channel marketing efforts
  • Call on decision makers within targeted accounts to initiate the sales process
  • Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert them into sales
  • Collaborate with Business Development Director and Sales Executives to determine necessary strategic sales approaches
  • Create and deliver qualified opportunities to Account Executives
  • Execute 100+ cold calls per day working with bpm’online’s automated processes
WHAT WE EXPECT:
  • Must be fluent in English
  • College degree or an acceptable combination of education and experience
  • 0 to 1 years of direct work experience in sales or telesales
  • Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices and techniques
  • Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills
  • Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills. Excellent listening skills
  • Self-motivated, with a high level of integrity and work ethic
