We are looking for an Operations Manager to Partner Sales Department responsible for business process development and partner operation management.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Support our partners through their partnership lifecycle
  • Coordinate the onboarding plan for new partner
  • Coordinate trainings & certification initiatives between Sales and Academy teams
  • Analyze the channel partner metrics to track performance
  • Enhance workflow processes, business analysis for the partnership management team
WHAT WE EXPECT:
  • Fluent English, knowledge of other languages is an advantage
  • Higher education degree
  • Successful background in sales processes analytics
  • 2+ years of working experience ideally in software / IT company
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with CRM software preferred
