We are looking for a Sales Team Leader - SMB.
  • Develop revenue forecast for the assigned segment and territory
  • Manage a dedicated sales team to assure the company’s expansion
  • Develop sales strategy for SMB in Americas, EMEA and APAC
  • Work closely with the team to implement company's sales strategy
  • Setting activity and revenue targets for members of the sales team
  • Managing end-to-end sales process
  • Improvement of sales department communication with other departments
  • Motivating the sales team to achieve the best results possible
  • Training and coaching the team on sales methodology and communication skills to ensure constant improvement of the team's skills
  • Monthly reporting on sales performance
  • Flawless English
  • Successful background in B2B sales
  • Experience in managing a team of 5+ people
  • Excellent sales and communications skills
  • Proven track record of achieving targets and driving sales growth in a business
  • Strong leadership skills and an ability to inspire sales teams
  • Experience in sales with English-speaking clients is a must
  • Experience with selling business software strongly preferred
