RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop global customer success stories, case studies, and video testimonials.
  • Tightly collaborate with customers and customer success management team to create interesting customer stories and tease out the relevant details to increase readership.
  • Work with sales, pre-sales, business partners and marketing personnel to identify potential reference customers.
  • Help acquire customer references, support customer reference process.
  • Work with customers to jointly develop a coherent message for event and webinar abstracts and presentations.
  • Help manage customer global events by preparing customers for their roles on stage.
  • Develop and manage customer newsletters.
  • Create and administer a central customer reference repository, a library of up-to-date customer success stories.
  • Enable the sales and services teams to best leverage customer advocacy tools to impact new sales and customer lifecycles.

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Fluent English is a must
  • Strong verbal communication and technical writing skills
  • Familiarity with different content types (news, ads, customer case studies)
  • Experience in writing, editing, proofreading, and copywriting in corporate style
  • Passion for building customer relationships, and deeply understanding their needs
  • Ability to execute and manage content creation for projects from start to finish
  • Ability to analyze and effectively use research to write insight-driven copy
  • Ability to manage heavy workload and flexibility to adapt to changing conditions
  • The candidate should be tech-savvy
